In this regard, the specialist indicated that new infections and victims of Covid-19 decreased slightly and was optimistic that the cases could continue to decrease based on the measures implemented by the Italian government.
However, he remarked that Spain has a curve “very similar to that of Italy” and assured that the epicenter of the pandemic constitutes “all of Europe”. “Hopefully the measures can prevent so many people from being sick at the same time,” he said.
In addition, he predicted that the entire world will have to “live with this situation for at least a year.”
