The new collection of Shein is about to see the light. The ‘fast fashion’ brand will present ‘Endless Summer’ on June 8 at Paris in a parade that will count with the participation of 25 emerging designers. The artists have been selected through Shein Xa program that supports freelancers and gives them the opportunity to make themselves known through a global stage.
The initiative has been running for just over two years and has incorporated more than 3,000 designers in more than 20 countries, launching almost 2,000 collections with more than 25,000 original creations. Now they are going to present their new summer series and although the firm has already organized various events In important cities such as Ibiza, where they presented the beach collection last May with the most ‘trendy’ garments such as trikinis, kimonos and pareos, to support young talent they have chosen one of the fashion capitals.
They already did it in September 2022, when they presented, also in Paris, Shein X’s autumn/winter line, ‘Feel da Vibe’. For ‘Endless Summer’ (a summer without end) they have chosen a prestigious space in the French city, famous for its artistic heritage and its glamorous atmosphere, which will be revealed later, and attendees will enjoy a collection of 78 summer garments full of vibrant colors, fluid fabrics and avant-garde designs. According to Cui He, the director of Europe for Shein, this repertoire aims to “capture the essence of joy, freedom and self-expression that this season represents.”
At the same moment that the act is held, all the ‘outfits’ will be available on the official website to be able to acquire them from the first moment they are seen on the catwalk. Cui He, also affirms that it has been wonderful to bring together a group of designers “so diverse and talented” for the event, which will have the Spanish representation of the creator from Malaga Maria Molina. With more than 27,000 votes online, the young woman came in fifth place and a London jury certified her move to the French capital.
From Shein they promise that this event will leave a lasting impression in the fashion world.
