Until now, each chain was handled with different schedules, in a time slot that could extend from 7 to 24 hours and even allow formats with employee turnover for 24-hour service. On weekends and holidays, the average opening hours were from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and the closing hours from 9:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The agreement reached seeks to unify the schedule, so as not to contribute to public confusionor, and fundamentally, reducing attention at night, to discourage late circulation, so that they are super attended at a time that allows a good flow of purchases for customers but does not overload employees and expose them to times that complicate their return to homes by public transportation.
