The Queen Letizia has inaugurated its official agenda for the week traveling to Alicante, to participate in the II Meeting of the Network of Direct Care Centers and Specialized Services of the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases. The monarch has once again displayed her elegance by choosing a ‘working girl’ look that is very appropriate for the low winter temperatures, and in keeping with the season’s trends.
To protect herself from the cold, Letizia has worn the signature black coat with an ‘oversize’ silhouette and wide sleeves Carolina Herrera which premiered a couple of weeks ago. Underneath was a dress that, curiously, she premiered just a year ago and that she had not worn again, at least publicly. It’s about a check print dress in black and white, ‘Prince of Wales’ type, with long sleeves, midi length and flared skirt. It is from the Spanish firm Pedro del Hierro.
Doña Letizia premiered it on January 31, 2022 during his official trip to Austria. That day he wore it with black pumps, but today, he has combined it, with great success, with his high suede boots, with a comfortable heel, which premiered a few weeks ago. With that small detail of changing shoes, the queen has managed to give the dress a more informal touch, without losing elegance, and much more stylish.
Another curious detail of the look that Doña Letizia has worn during her visit to the Alicante town of Petrer have been her slopes. The queen has searched through her jewelery box and has rescued these pieces that the Provincial Association of Jewelers, Silversmiths and Watchmakers of Córdoba San Eloy gave her in 2005. They are long white gold earrings with 17 diamonds and worked using the technique of the cordovan filigreewhich he likes so much.
On the beauty plane, Doña Letizia has left her loose haircombed with movement at the ends, and she has worn her traditional makeup, with eyeliner and mascara to enhance her eyes, a soft blush on her cheeks and a discreet lipstick with a gloss finish.
