Grupo Proaco wants to open next September the castle of Ópera Park, the project in Costanera Norte, a few meters from the Domingo Zípoli bridge.
The emblematic building, which the psychologist Gregorio Bermann built at the beginning of the last century, will be part of the club house of the complex of four towers that will be developed by Proaco, within eight years.
The project includes a total of 45 thousand square meters, with 400 apartments, 600 parking spaces and a total investment of $ 40 million.
The first inauguration will be the recovery of the castle, which beyond the use that those who live there may make, will have services for third parties, according to Lucas Salim, CEO of Proaco.
“A gastronomic space is planned on the ground floor, with an area for events and meetings of up to 40 or 50 people, which will be open to the general public from Thursday to Saturday and the rest of the days will be to meet the local demand” , he pointed.
The castle is completed with hairdressing, barber, make-up and waxing services.
The basement of the building, meanwhile, will include a gym for the common use of those who will live in Ópera Park, as well as the spa to be mounted on the first floor.
The complex will also include a 25-meter semi-Olympic outdoor pool, for use by residents.
“The development of Ópera Carlos Paz, a project of 30 thousand square meters, took six years. So the projection is that Ópera Park demands, at least, a term of eight years ”, added Salim.
By the time the castle opens, the structure of the first building will be ready, to be delivered at the end of next year.
Regarding the context, the businessman noted the difficulties, but maintains a positive expectation.
“It is going to be a difficult winter and the Government is taking the measures to face this scenario. We are just at the moment of greatest uncertainty, but as the days go by, the scenario is going to clear up, ”said the businessman.
Meanwhile, Grupo Proaco is advancing with other developments, including Pocito, the complex of apartments, offices and commercial premises at the intersection of Vélez Sársfield and Pueyrredón avenues.
There he started the infrastructure works and in his first seven months he has made sales of 12 million dollars.
In July, meanwhile, Ópera Luxury Condominium will finish, with the delivery of its fifth and last tower, which has a work progress of 80 percent.
