MEXICO CITY, Mar 14 (Reuters) – The Mexico League announced on Saturday that matches on the tenth day of the local football Closing tournament will be played without an audience as a preventive measure in the face of the worldwide spread of the coronavirus that has infected more than 1,400 , 000 people and left more than 5,000 dead worldwide.

The day will be completed on Sunday when Toluca faces Atlas, Santos Laguna plays against Necaxa and América is Cruz Azul’s rival.

The Mexican tournament remains in competition despite the fact that the main world leagues and various sporting events were suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.
