Marvel Cinematic Universe: The Infinity Saga

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is a media franchise and a shared universe, centered on a series of superhero movies independently produced by Marvel Studios and based on the characters featured in Marvel Comics publications.

The franchise has expanded to include comics, short films, television series, and digital series. The shared universe, similar to the original Marvel universe in the comics, was established by intersection of plots, places, cast and characters in common. Phil Coulson, played by Clark Gregg, is an original MCU character and the only character to have appeared in all of his different media.

Marvel Television further expanded the universe, first into television with Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC in 2013, then streaming with Marvel’s Daredevil on Netflix in 2015 and Marvel’s Runaways on Hulu in 2017, and finally cable TV with Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger in 2018 on Freeform. Marvel Television has also produced the digital series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D .: Slingshot, a supplement to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Soundtrack albums of all movies released, as well as many of the television series, in addition to the release of compilation albums with existing music heard in the movies.
