In quarantine time, Naranja X adds 100 people and almost doubles its staff

Naranja X, the fintech created by the card issuer born in Córdoba, will almost double its team in times of social isolation.

The firm had 150 collaborators; since the quarantine began, it added 19 people and today Friday announced that it seeks to incorporate another 100 talents for its new offices in Buenos Aires.

“Since the mandatory quarantine began, we have continued to incorporate talent, which is why 19 people have joined the engineering, UX, people care and finance teams completely remotely. It should be noted that we accompany them through an onboarding (acceleration in the incorporation of human capital) one hundred percent digital, ”said Agustina Rodi, Head of People Care at Naranja X.

In the first days of March, the company founded by Naranja opened a headquarters in the Libertador Business Center, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Núñez, but used them for just two weeks, until the national government ordered social isolation from the coronavirus.

They have advanced technology and spaces such as a library, a siestario, a massage room, a game room, bicycle racks, changing rooms, a barista café, food trucks and a terrace, among other benefits.

Naranja X was born in 2018, with an investment initially planned for 50 million dollars, with the aim of developing financial solutions in payments, collections and savings with services for individuals and businesses.

Its team is made up of technological profiles such as developers, data scientists and product owners (they enhance the added value of technologies to the business).
