After six months of deliberations, the magistrates of the chamber of instruction of the court of appeal confirmed the decision of the anti-terrorist judges, who ordered on December 21, 2018 to abandon the process against nine members or former members of the environment of the current Rwandan president Paul Kagame .
The civil parties’ lawyers, who want to relaunch the investigations, announced that they would file an appeal.
