Disco launches another edition of Transforming Women

Disco Supermarkets, in alliance with Voces Vitales Argentina, launches a new edition of Transforming Women. It is a program that provides, free of charge, training and tools to strengthen entrepreneurship, increase impact and lead women entrepreneurs in Buenos Aires and Córdoba.

This year, the initiative will award 260,000 pesos (130,000 pesos to an enterprise in each headquarters), in addition to personalized mentoring by Voces Vitales Argentinas and dissemination of the initiatives that are outstanding. Registration for the program will be open until July 12.

The 2020 version of Women Transformers offers four virtual trainings and a face-to-face training, by leading specialists in leadership and adaptation to change, digital transformation, e-commerce, digital marketing, branding and branding staff, through participatory workshops for 60 entrepreneurs (30 for each program location).

The themes will provide practical tools so that participants can reinforce leadership skills and personal and professional development focused on key aspects of their ventures adapted to these times.

Requirements

Up to 60 entrepreneurs may participate (30 per site), who will be selected among all those who apply, based on the criteria of diversity of projects and complementarity in the participants.

The selection of participants will be in charge of the Social Responsibility area of ​​Disco and Vital Voices Argentina. The selection of participants will be communicated between July 17 and 31 via email and must be confirmed by the selected participants via email, by completing a specific form.

To apply to the program it is necessary to be an enterprising woman from Argentina, over 21 years old, residing in the province of Córdoba, in the City of Buenos Aires, or in the province of Buenos Aires.

In turn, the venture must be formalized and active with no less than two years of existence and, it is also requested that the participants have time to attend the training meetings, regardless of the modality.
