Coronavirus | On the third day of quarantine, the “applause” for Health workers was felt

In the midst of the health crisis caused by the coronavirus, the Argentines once again covered the balconies in gratitude to all the health personnel who continue working day after day to face the disease.

At 21, thousands of people crowded the balconies and terraces of houses and buildings and joined in a multi-minute applause in tribute to those who, despite the mandatory isolation that has been in force since Friday, continue to carry out their tasks to care for the sick, provide essential supplies and even research to develop new and better detection methods for Covid-19.

In the City of Buenos Aires, the massive appreciation was heard in Parque Centenario, Palermo, Caballito, Belgrano, Recoleta, Núñez, Almagro, Villa Crespo, Colegiales and Constitución, among many others.

The one who showed his support for the applause was Alberto Fernández himself, who used Twitter to congratulate the Health workers.

“The applause to our doctors in gratitude for the enormous effort they are making was exciting,” she said Sunday night and took the opportunity to confirm her message. “But there is a better way to thank them for all they do for us: quarantine and stay home, “he said.

This Sunday, in Argentina, 41 new cases of coronaviruses were confirmed, which added to the previous ones amount to a total of 266 infected.
