The closings were carried out within the framework of 168 inspections by the City Police, Judicial Power Officials and the Government Control Agency (AGC).

Seven of the bars were closed because they allowed the performing dances in their facilities, and thus they distorted the authorization that prevents this activity; and two others for exceeding the limit of 200 attendees as the regulation marks.
