Cristian Girard, director of ARBA, stated that “Governor Axel Kicillof informed me of his intention to give relief to the taxpayers of the Gross Income regime of the province of Buenos Aires, within the framework of preventive isolation that lasts until April 13. Therefore, we postponed the payment of the 3rd installment of 2020 and the presentation of the sworn statement 2019. “
In addition, he explained that “with this measure the treasury will stop receiving about $ 450 million that will financially contribute to sustaining the activity of more than 250 thousand taxpayers in our Province.” The postponement, which was announced by @cristiangirard on his Twitter account, will benefit SMEs, micro-businesses, professionals, freelancers and service providers.

The rescheduling, which will become official in the coming days in the Official Gazette, defer the date of presentation of the 2019 annual affidavit by two months. According to the current calendar, it was scheduled from April 6 and may be presented from June 1 to 12, depending on the termination of the taxpayer’s CUIT. At the same time, it postpones from May 4 to 15 the expiration of installment 3 of the Gross Income advance, which began operating on April 20.
