Afip postpones until May 22 presentation of DDJJ of Earnings of foreign trade companies

The Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) extended until May 22 next the deadline for the presentation of sworn statements of Income tax for foreign trade companies, which originally had to do it until April 24, as a result of the health emergency dictated by the Government in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

It did so through general resolution 4689/2020 published today in the Official Gazette, which specified that the affidavits of exporting and importing companies, regarding the fiscal periods closed between December 31, 2018 and September 30, 2019 , both inclusive, will be presented, with exception, between 18 and 22 May next.

The previous regulation said that the information of the fiscal periods closed between December 31, 2018 and July 31, 2019, had to be presented between April 20 and 24.

AFIP considered it advisable to extend the maturities again and extend the scope of the extension, with the incorporation of the fiscal periods closed until September 30, 2019.
