The decision does not imply any modification or extension of the tax due dates.
A fiscal fair consists of the extension of all procedural terms in tax, customs and social security matters. Throughout the period defined in General Resolution 4703/2020 to be published in the Official Gazette, the actions of the AFIP are not suspended. With the aim of cushioning the effects of preventive and compulsory social isolation on small taxpayers, the AFIP ordered the suspension of the exclusions of monotributistas corresponding to April. The measure extends to the current month the decision that defined not to carry out the systemic crossings during March.
Through General Resolution 4704/2020, the body also established that no monotributista will be discharged ex officio from the regime for failure to pay their obligations during April. Both decisions that will benefit the more than 3,600,000 taxpayers enrolled in the Simplified Regime for Small Taxpayers.
