The entities of the financial system have already disbursed 75% of the approved loans to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MiPyMEs), as reported this Friday by the Central Bank.

The group of entities of the Argentine financial system has loans for $ 102,148 million, with the special line at a maximum annual interest rate of 24% launched by the BCRA, of which $ 75,968 million were disbursed.

Disbursements nearly tripled this week from last week, according to the monetary authority.

In addition, the Argentine Guarantee Fund (FOGAR) has already reached $ 91.920 million in guarantees for financial institutions to have new loans. These loans are distributed 36.6% in public banks, 41.2% in national capital banks and 22.2% in foreign capital banks.

Of the amount disbursed, $ 3,295.4 million went to companies providing health services, reached by regulations beyond their size and within the framework of the national prevention policy of COVID-19.

The complete line of MIPYME financing approved by the BCRA is at least 220,000 million pesos.

The credits were granted since the line became effective on March 20.
