The Procedures at a Distance from the City Government They are part of a platform that allows citizens to carry out different procedures before the Public Administration in a virtual way from a PC, being able to manage and keep track of them without having to go to an entry table.
The platform Procedures at a Distance from the City Government It was created by Decree DECTO-2013-429-AJG, which is accessed through the Distance Procedures system of the City Government through the website.
To enter, it must be done through the CUIT and City Code (level 1 or 2), which can be managed online (already having a Tax Code), in the commune corresponding to the address, in the Notary and Bar Associations, in the Council of Professionals in Economic Sciences and now also in all ATMs of the Banelco and LINK Network.
Once the CUIT and City Code have been entered, the system will request that the password be changed on the first entry. Subsequently, you must click on the Distance Procedures service of the City Government – Ministry of Modernization – Remote Processing – Remote Processing Platform – Single Citizen’s Desk.

For the only time the system will request confirmation of personal data (Name, Surname, E-mail and Telephone, etc.) and the Terms and Conditions of use of the platform will appear on the same screen.
Once accepted, the Single Bureau of Remote Procedures of the City Government will be deployed.
By clicking on the Username, a list with 9 options will be displayed:
- My data
- My parents
- My Represented
- My tasks
- My Notifications
- My Documents
- My External Documents
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My data. The user’s personal data is observed. To edit them, you must click on: “To edit your data enter here”. Only the data corresponding to: contact email, contact telephone number and registered address may be changed. Once the data has been edited, you must Save and Exit.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My parents. They are people authorized by the user to manage procedures on your behalf within the Remote Processing platform. By clicking on “New Agent” you can enter a new one. A list of the people empowered by the user is observed, along with the expiration date of the power of attorney. By clicking on the button you can revoke the Power.
Technology facilitates the Distance Procedures of the City Government.
To empower a person, the CUIT of the person and an Expiration Date of the power must be entered. The CUIT to be empowered must have a City Code level 2 and must have previously entered TAD. Then you must Save.
Once the empowerment is done, the user who empowered another will receive an e-mail.
Once the attorney enters Procedures at a Distance from the Government of the City with its own CUIT and City Code, a screen will be presented where the Agent must select who will be the owner who will enter the platform and carry out the procedures: if the same agent or the person who empowered him.
In the event that a company wants a Representative to be able to use the City Government’s Remote Procedures system on their behalf, they must do the following:
- Enter with the CUIT and the City Code of the company representative. In other words, the natural person who submitted the corresponding power of attorney to AGIP to process on behalf of the company.
- The representative of the company must select the option of Remote Procedures of the City Government – Ministry of Modernization and complete a personal data form only once.
- Also, the Terms and Conditions must be accepted. Once accepted, the Single Bureau of Remote Procedures of the City Government will be deployed. Once this is done, the representative must click on his name and press Exit.
Again, the representative must enter with his CUIT and City Code.
In the drop-down “Select a Representative”, you must choose the CUIT of the company, but it must be remembered that, previously, the representative of the company must have entered Remote Procedures for the City Government with their own CUIT.
Then, the company must assign the Remote Procedures service as follows:
- Click on Services.
- Represented: put the name of the Company.
- Service: look for the option TAD – Ministry of Modernization from the drop-down list.
- Representative: enter the CUIT of the company representative (CUIT with which you entered first).
- Then press Confirm.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My Representatives. This section lists the natural or legal persons who have empowered a user to process on their behalf on the platform.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My tasks. It allows to correct what the Public Administration has asked us to correct or add about an ongoing process. In case of pending tasks, you can enter from the user menu. There you can also see the completed tasks.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My Notifications. The user receives reliable notifications regarding procedures that are in progress.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My Documents. It shows all the documents that the user has used to process (DNI, Statutes, powers, etc.) in the official electronic format of the City of Buenos Aires. These are reusable for any other procedure.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My External Documents. The “External Documents” mailbox is for the exclusive use of courts in the City of Buenos Aires.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: Leave. Allows you to end the session on the Remote Processing page.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: Navigability. At all times, the navigation bar can be displayed, as well as the user menu, allowing access to the required functionality.

Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: Tracking Procedures. It shows all the procedures that the citizen or a representative of his is carrying out in his three states: drafts, in progress and finished.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: My Records of Works and Installations. This functionality will only be available to citizens who have procedures corresponding to the DGROC. In case of not having them, the option will not be displayed.
Start procedures in Distance Procedures of the City Government
In this section, what is explained is how to start a “New Procedure”. In this case, the available paperwork options will be displayed, divided into paperwork groups.
In Search Procedures It can Consult procedures for words that contain the name of the same. This icon indicates the requirements that must be met to carry out the process.
The following icon shows that the procedure involves a payment. By clicking on the procedure, at the top of the screen, the steps to follow will appear.
These three steps are the same in all procedures, only their content changes according to the needs of each procedure.
Step 1 of Remote Procedures of the City Government: the Applicant’s Data (owner and attorney, if applicable) and the domicile established in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires are observed. There are procedures (for example, Law 104 on Access to Public Information) in which the object of the request must be detailed. In this space write the reason for requesting the procedure. The Save and Exit button allows you to leave the process in a draft state within the City Government Remote Procedures mailbox in the “Drafts” section, so it will be available to continue at another time.
The Next button saves all the uploaded data and advances to Step 2.
The Mandatory and Additional Documentation that must be uploaded to carry out the procedure is observed. By clicking on the upload button of each document, 4 loading options will appear:
- Upload a file from a USB stick or from a folder on the PC.
- Open the “My TAD documents” mailbox (documents used in other procedures)
- Drag your files from the PC or pendrive.
- Open the “My notifications” mailbox (documents that have been notified by TAD). Important: this upload option includes the certificates notified by TAD as a result of another procedure prior to the one being carried out.
The only reference where more than one file per document can be uploaded is the one with the sign next to the name of the required document.
Once the documentation is loaded, it will be observed that the button whose previous message was to upload will change to “Edit”.
The Back button goes to Step 1. The Next button confirms the uploaded documents and advances to Step 3. The Exit button takes you to the Screen for Selecting Remote Procedures for the City Government.
Some procedures have forms that must be completed digitally. They will appear on the screen when you click on the document name.
Each of the forms varies depending on the process you want to carry out. Each of the forms ends with 2 buttons: Once completed, you must click Save. Instantly, a new button will appear: Modify.
In case of not modifying any data, after Save it will proceed to Close.
There may be cases where when clicking Save, the Modify button does not appear. This indicates that one of the data in the form is wrong or did not complete correctly.
When reviewing the form, you will see messages indicating which fields must be modified.
Once modified, it will proceed to Save and Close.
Some forms require that a document be attached to it. This will be indicated as follows:
- By clicking this button to attach the document, another window will be displayed.
- Then, you must click Save.
- Click to attach the corresponding document.
- Once attached, the file name will appear.
- At the bottom of the form, you will also see the name of the attached document.
- Finally, like the other forms, it will proceed to Save and Close.
The following icon will appear next to the name of the form and will indicate that it was completed successfully.
In step 3 of Distance Procedures for the City Government, it is a process of loaded review in steps 1 and 2. The entered documents are also observed, already with their official document number and it allows confirming the procedure.
After Confirming Operation, an Operation Summary will be observed with the file number. Allows you to download documents, including the cover of the file.
Generation Distance Procedures of the City Government
Once all these steps have been completed, the Procedure has been generated and the file number has been obtained. Clicking on the “Tracking Procedures” icon you can see the procedures in the three stages: Drafts, In progress and Finished.
Drafts of Remote Procedures of the City Government are those procedures that have not yet been completed. They can be continued at any time. Allows you to continue the process or eliminate the process.
In the Distance Procedures Course of the City Government are those procedures that already have a file number and are being processed within the Public Administration.
Actions of Remote Procedures of the City Government in Progress: It allows assigning the procedure to one of the user’s representatives. Once the Holder is selected, click Run.
It also allows viewing the documents in the file and taking a view without suspension of deadlines or With suspension of deadlines.
Taking view of the file with suspension of deadlines automatically generates a new file where the corresponding General Legal and Technical Directorate is issued regarding whether or not it is appropriate for the user to take view of the file, suspending its deadlines.
This action significantly extends the duration of the process. In case you want to take a hearing of the file, you can resort to taking a hearing without suspension of time limits.
Actions of proceedings In Progress: The official documents corresponding to each attached documentation may be downloaded when taking a hearing without suspension of deadlines. Lets you download the document.
In Finished you can see the procedures generated by the user that are already filed. It allows to View File (taking of view without suspension of terms).
The “My Tasks” mailbox allows you to correct what the Public Administration has asked us to correct or add to an ongoing process.
Every time they submit a task, the user will receive an email to their personal mailbox indicating that they have a new task and must enter the City Government’s Remote Procedures platform.
You must click on My Tasks and the pending tasks will be observed.
To complete the correction task, you must click on the “Execute task” button.
Each of the tasks indicates the date on which it was sent, to which file it belongs, to what procedure, under what reason the correction is sent and which distribution sends it.
When clicking Execute, the following window will be observed: Click to execute the correction task.
At this time, the user must complete the initial 3 steps to complete the correction task. In STEP 1 you must confirm your data and in STEP 2 you should only attach the document they sent to be corrected (it can be the correction of a previously loaded document or the request for a new document).
Once the operation is confirmed in STEP 3, the following message will be displayed: The correction task has been completed successfully.
In the “My Notifications” mailbox, the user receives reliable notifications regarding procedures that are in progress.
After clicking on My Notifications, the following screen will be displayed: Download the document.
The day the notification was sent, the file number and the reason will be observed. They are digital files corresponding to provisions, cadastral consultations, certificates, etc.
Clicking the icon “Query” You can check the area where the file is and its status.

- Then click Search.
Procedures at a Distance from the City Government: Works and Installations
This section will only be visible to citizens who have procedures from the General Directorate of Registry of Works and Cadastre. When accessing this option, the following screen will be displayed, where it is highlighted:
- Grouping of procedures by address Detail of data on the parcel List of procedures associated with the address and status of the same. Grouping of procedures: On the left sidebar the addresses (street / number) in which the Citizen has initiated a procedure will be displayed.
- By selecting one of them, you can see all the procedures related to that address. Plot information: In this section, the Citizen will be able to view all the data related to the address. As well as a map with the location of the work
- List of procedures: In the main body of the screen you can view the list of procedures associated with the selected address as well as a quick overview of their status.
- Name of the procedure: Status of progress and current situation File number and associated dates

By positioning on each step, you can view the number of days that the process was under the responsibility of the citizen and the number of days that the process was under the responsibility of the public official.
Status of progress: The progress bar will allow the citizen to have a vision of the current status of the process and the degree of progress thereof.
The states can be viewed in 4 colors:
• Green: Step finished.
• Yellow: Step in progress.
• Red: Rectification, citizen activity is required.
• Gray: Pending step, not yet started.
Additionally, when positioning on each state or on the end point of each one of them, the following information can be seen: In this way, you can have a complete view of the progress and times incurred by both the Citizen and the GCBA.

When entering a specific procedure, either from the main screen or from the side navigation bar, the following screen will be displayed
- Status of the file
- Specific information on the status of the file.
- Documentation informed by the citizen during the generation of the file, with the possibility of viewing / downloading / printing each of the documents.
- Flap selection
- Viewing all the documents in the file. Whether generated by the citizen or the GCBA.
