The Argentine Federation of Professional Councils in Economic Sciences requested this Monday the extension for “at least 90 days” within the period established for the presentation of monthly and annual sworn statements 2019, since some companies are unable to do so due to the effects of social isolation by the coronavirus and to avoid legal risks.
The request, addressed to Agustín Domingo, president of the Arbitration Commission of the Multilateral Agreement, includes the rescheduling of the due dates for the presentation and payment of the monthly sworn statements established by RG (CA) 11/2019, from the advance corresponding to March 2020, for a period of not less than 90 days, counting from the termination of the social, preventive and mandatory isolation measures.
The extension of the expiration period for the presentation of the annual affidavit corresponding to the 2019 fiscal period, for a period of not less than 90 days, starting from the termination of the social, preventive and mandatory isolation measures.
AND They also requested the provisional use of the unified coefficients for the year 2019 to determine the distribution of the total tax base., until the second advance that expires after the termination of the social isolation, preventive and mandatory measures.
“In the current circumstances, the vast majority of companies, complying with the aforementioned isolation and restriction measures, have kept their commercial premises and / or administrative offices closed since March 20, a situation that has not only produced a considerable decrease in the level of activity in all sectors of the economy, “explained the entity in the statement.
This situation “makes it difficult and / or impossible for them to carry out administrative tasks that allow them to generate the necessary information to be able to prepare the corresponding determinative and informative sworn statements,” the federation justified.
