Afip reopens registration for companies requesting state assistance to pay salaries

The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (Afip) reported this afternoon that it reopened its enrollment in the Emergency Assistance Program for Work and Production (ATP), in which employers who have not yet done so may register and make the required rectifications. companies that were observed during the first search that ended last Thursday.

In this way, employers who require state assistance to pay wages in the context of the health emergency have time until April 23, inclusive, to register, the official agency said.

The entire procedure will be carried out through the Afip website.

The extension of the terms to access the ATP program aims to guarantee the registration of the entire universe of potential employers reached.

The exceptional reopening of the registration provided for in General Resolution 4702 of the AFIP will also allow taxpayers who have already registered to rectify the economic information provided.

The companies that must correct the errors incurred in loading the data will be notified by the agency through its electronic tax address.

In all cases, the information requested by the system corresponds to the income invoiced between March 12 and April 12, 2019 and 2020.

The AFIP recalled that all employers, both those who have already registered and those who register until April 23, must inform the CBU of their workers and the code of the collective bargaining agreement to which they belong.
