The automotive market will reactivate starting next Wednesday, after a month of standstill due to the measures taken to protect the population from the Covid-19 virus pandemic.
Through provision 83/2020, the National Directorate of the National Registers of Automotive Property and Pledge Credits established that, “from April 22, the Sectional Registers of Automotive Property will resume the provision of the service at your expense ”.
This means that motor vehicle patents and transfers can be re-annotated. Although the dealerships cannot attend the public in person, they have been working remotely and starting sales on line that now they will be able to close and formalize.
In any case, the reopening of property registers, in accordance with the provisions of the Government, will be done following certain prevention parameters:
Shifts Attention will be limited to those who have previously assigned shifts electronically through the agency’s website (www.dnrpa.gov.ar).
Distance. The registries must install physical barriers of separation between their personnel and the users. They have a week to adapt to this requirement.
More time. The closing hours of customer service are extended by two hours, during the validity of the public health emergency due to the pandemic.
