Flybondi CEO Sebastián Pereira died

The CEO of the low-cost airline Flybondi, Sebastián Pereira, died on Saturday afternoon at 48.

The information was confirmed by the low cost, through a statement. “Sebas, this team of 570 flybondiers says goodbye to you from a distance; with great love, respect and thanks. You fought a disease for many months that every now and then made you absent, but we will all remember the energy and the drive you brought back. You never left at all, like now, you also don’t leave at all, ”they indicated in the text.

Pereira had more than two decades of experience in the aero-commercial industry. He was CEO of Flybondi since February 2019, Clarín said. Before, he had worked in different positions in Latam Argentina.

He lived several years abroad, mainly in Brazil and the United States, always for tasks related to his work.

He graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad del Salvador, continued his postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance at the CEMA University, Aerocomercial Management at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, and an Executive MBA at the Florida International University.
