Customers of the Official Ford Store in Mercado Libre will have the possibility of to receive spare parts during quarantine compulsory provided by the national government without leaving their home and, after quarantine, they may choose to withdraw the product at pick up points throughout the country, made up of the Ford dealer network and Quick Lane.

Ford accompanies the community in the context of COVID-19 Since the beginning of the social distancing measures, in order to prevent the spread of the pandemic, Ford has generated actions to accompany the community in this challenging context.
