The Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) extended the tax fair until April 12, inclusive.

During the validity of the preventive and compulsory social isolation, the suspension of the calculation of the terms in force for the taxpayers in different administrative procedures such as ex officio determinations, summaries, fines, releases, closings, payment intimations and inspection requirements, among others, will be maintained. .

The measure does not imply any modification or extension of tax maturities. A tax fair consists of the extension of all procedural deadliness in tax, customs and social security matters.

Throughout the period defined in the regulations, which will be published in the Official Gazette, the actions of the AFIP are not suspended. The body may notify, dictate acts
administrative, impose fines and carry out operations, among other procedures.

However, during the validity of the fiscal fair, the calculation of the terms that govern the taxpayers’ response to these requirements is suspended.
