The Association of Metallurgical Industrialists of the Argentine Republic (Adimra) developed, together with its associate Adox, a system that allows respirators for other medical uses to be adapted quickly and at low cost to the care of patients affected by coronaviruses in need of ventilation mechanics.

“It is an easily adaptable solution that could be incorporated into these teams, whatever their brand or model, at a cost that does not exceed 10,000 pesos,” explained Javier Viqueira, President of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Adimra. and Adox, the national company specialized in the manufacture of medical equipment and supplies.

For his part, the president of Adimra, Orlando Castellani, indicated that within the framework of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan, the association would be in a position to donate, initially, 100 kits complete within one week.

From Adimra they explained that it is a collaborative and non-profit project, which aims to help mitigate the effects of the pandemic.
